This design incorporates features justified by countless savings in replacement, maintenance and downtime costs.

Designed and built for a major aerospace firm to replace a valve which was prematurely failing due to chatter. Chatter causes premature wear and a valve can be ruined in a few hours. The customer contacted Hydracon to design a valve providing a long service life. Additionally, the valve needed to survive 3,000 reverse water hammer pressure cycles.
